Last time I left you, Faye was going to give birth. Well, she didn’t have the dreaded twins thank goodness! She instead had a little boy I named Fergus. (It’s an Irish name.) He has Faye’s red hair and Darren’s green eyes, and also Darren’s skin tone. He was a good baby, never screamed unless he soiled his diaper or he needed to be fed. Here is Darren cuddling his newborn son.

Fergus was able to walk, talk, and use the potty with just one day left to his toddlerhood. He was also able to get eight logic points before he grew up! Here is Faye holding her son right after his birthday.

Once the Edison’s had enough money from promotions, I added to their house. I added a wall around the bathroom, a bedroom, and a room for the kid(s). I also put a tree out in the front yard like Jen did, to see if it could last the whole 10 generations. I added two bushes out in the front to add some environment score. Here is the new Edison house.

Right before Fergus was due to become a child, I had Faye become pregnant again. On the night that Fergus actually became a child, Faye had her baby girl Siobhan. She has Faye’s skin tone and eyes, while she has Darren’s blonde hair. I am happy to actually get some variety in children so early on, but I shouldn’t be talking, because clone children usually happen 3rd or 4th generation. And here is Faye cuddling her newborn daughter Siobhan. (You can see her portrait in the background on the wall. I still don’t have a room for the portraits, so for now, they are going in their bedroom.)

Little Fergus was soon a child, and he looks very much like his father. He grew up on a Saturday, so he didn’t go to school right away. But when Monday came rolling along, he had the biggest smile on his face! I just had to take a picture of him.

Since both parents were in green in most of Siobhan’s toddlerhood, I only had her be able to talk and be potty trained. She did not have good stats at all - unlike her older brother, whom had very nice stats like his mother. Siobhan only has two neat points like her father, and the rest are average. So we know who is going to be the next Legacy heir in the Edison family. I am debating ahead right now whether or not to keep Siobhan in the Legacy house or have her move out on her own. Anyone have any suggestions? Here is Siobhan having her birthday to become a child. Her smile is priceless! Her brother Fergus is standing in the background watching as his sister has her birthday. Now he can actually have someone to play with! But not for long, as he was going to grow up into a teenager the next day.

I had to get a picture of Siobhan as a child. I need to take the family shopping to get some decent clothes, as I hate seeing all the family members in crappy clothes that I see all the time. (I also need to download some too.) Here she is on the schoolbus on her first day of school. (I still haven’t gotten them into Private school, but I will try later on.) In the background, you see her father getting into the Police car to go to work.

Later that day at 6:00, it was time for Fergus to grow up into a teenager. I rolled Popularity for him, which was a little disappointing, but oh well, I guess I have to live with parties and lots of friends over at the house now. I have scoped out Fergus’s future wife. I forgot her name, but I will post a picture next time she comes around. All I know is that she is blonde, thanks to my bad memory.

Thats where I am currently, so I don’t need to catch up with anything. I might play some more, but I doubt it because I saved my tons of homework for today which wasn’t a good idea. Till next time…adios!

First off, I created my Legacy founder Faye Edison. She is a Virgo and very neat and nice, while average in all the others, but low in Playful and Outgoing. I made her as a Fortune sim to make things a little different because I don’t always drift towards Fortune sims; I usually choose Family or Knowledge sims. I wanted to get her in the highest starting pay job: Military. The bad thing is, is that I had to wait one extra day to get the job, so she missed out on some big bucks in the beginning. Here is Faye ready to start her life of hardship:

Faye had $4, 800 to spend once she spent most of her money on the plot of land. I was able to put a roof over her head, which I haven’t done in all my past Legacy families. I bought her a refrigerator, bed, toilet, bathtub, book case, easel, chair, phone, a countertop and a radio. She seemed satisfied with her new home, so I set her to look for the Military job in the newspaper, but it wasn’t in there that day. I just had her eat some cookies and paint. She got up to four creativity skills in that one day, which I am proud of. Here is Faye’s nice humble “house”. (I couldn’t afford windows this time!)

Immediatly, I had her call the Maid’s service to see if we had any potential husbands in line for Faye. Yes indeed, there was a male, whom I had come over. His name is Darren, (I forgot the last name.) and he seemed like the perfect husband for Faye because they wouldn’t stop talking; I had to have him leave because her stats were dropping in the red. The good thing is, is that he left with a score of 38 on Faye’s relationship panel.

Soon they fell in love one sim day later, and I had Faye ask Darren to move in. Soon as he brought the measly $1,000 with him, I had her propose. It turns out he is a Family sim, (Thank goodness no Romance sim!) with one skill maxed out and that is Cleaning. He only has two neat points though, which is disappointing, but he is average/high in everything else. It seems like all the sims I have move in are all low in neat points. Thats why I always make my sims with high neat points.

As soon as Faye got promoted, I had her and Darren get married. Right in the front yard too, with the mailwoman watching. After that, on their pretend honeymoon, I had them try for a baby to get the 2nd generation started! I got the lullaby on the second try, so here comes second generation!
